Shipping & Returns


We ship all orders fully insured via UPS Parcel Pro Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, depending on your selection at checkout.  UPS requires the signature of an adult upon arrival.  Should you prefer a different delivery method or would like us to remove the signature requirement, kindly e-mail us at so that we may update your shipping preferences.


For a full refund on a piece purchased at, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, unworn and the original packaging must be intact.  We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is determined worn, damaged, or unsellable.

If you wish to make a return, please email and title the subject of your email "Return" with your order number. We will get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.
